Issue #11
Fall 1995
Conversations

With a focus on the art of conversation, this issue is comprised of a series of dialogues between artists working in the field of dance and performance. In addition to the text, the issue features photographs from two categories: some are from Movement Research's Dance-Makers in the Schools program at P.S. 11, a program constructed and nurtured by MR Associate Director Audrey Kindred in conjunction with P.S. 11 principal Leslie Gordon. In 1994/95, six Dance-Makers chosen by MR worked with over 100 children on an almost daily basis. The other photographs in the journal are from a few of the MR Director’s (Guy Yarden and Cathy Edwards) favorite MR@Judson performances. Almost all of the photographs in the journal are by Anja Hitzenberger.
